The Art of Joomla - Issue 2 is out. PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 06 March 2008

The Art of Joomla (www.theartofjoomla.com ) is a free, online magazine all about Joomla! version 1.5 (and beyond).

Issue 2 covers the continuing saga of converting an old component so that it doesn't have to run in Legacy Mode; it looks at the new built-in Split Menu technique as well as easy Popup images.

I also go over some of the history of Joomla! and include some nostalgic screenshots of all the versions of Mambo (except the latest - I tried hard but it refused run) and Joomla!

The Art of Joomla site also hosts an Artisan's Directory so if you provide a service in any shape or form based on Joomla! please contact me for a listing (yes, it's free too).
