Mambot functions:

Removal of templates css-styles and use of own styles;
Display the name of a site at the top headline;
At print forms the list of links and add footnotes followed links;
In a bottom of page display the site address and the link to an
article;
Support standard Joomla SEF and 3rp-party SEF-expansions in the link to page;
Support of language parameter from component JoomFish in the link to page;
Add site copyrights;
Possibility to ignore a link by means of the "ignore" class in "a" tag.
