Joomla! 1.0.13 International Edition downloaded 275 000 PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 15 November 2007
Polish Joomla! Center is proud to announce that downloads of Joomla! 1.0.13 International Edition (ISO or UTF8) exceeded 275 000.

International Edition of Joomla! enables possibility to localize also Admin Panel in the same manner you can translate site language in original version.

Taking into consideration incredibly surprising volume of downloads, Polish Joomla! Center guesses that most of you already know where to find it...

...but if you missed it in search, here you can find Joomla! International Edition in both versions - UTF8 and ISO.

Polish Community is the only one that was spoiled with localized backend since the birth of Joomla! and even before that (Mambo). After version 1.0.12 we have decided to drop our own solution in favor to Adrian Mummey's JIE version. We have sent 1.0.13. to Adrian and published it on our site. As far as we know Adrian did not decide to publish it so we figure that The Number was generated also by downloads from worldwide community. We are glad we could be of service!

Polish Joomla! Center is lead by Stefan Wajda (zwiastun) and he is the one we should blame for Joomla! in Poland. Over the years he translated and wrote enormous amounts of articles, guides and documentation including publishing full Joomla! 1.0.x documentation before it was available on the main site.
