SQL Dumper updated to version 2.0

The free component SQL Dumper, that allows easy backup and restore of the database is now updated to version 2.0. In comparison to version 1.0, the new one supports ANY hosts and ANY charsets. Short and useful documentation was prepared as well, please read it before install.
