Joomla!XplorerThe new joomlaXplorer 1.5.0 is available for download! This component is the "swiss knife" for every Joomla! administrator.
I have added full FTP capabilities to the component, so you can login to your FTP server from within joomlaXplorer and access the local filesystem on the server by FTP. This finally solves the problem of not being the "owner" of a file (and thus not being able to chmod or modify a file/directory).
 
You can bookmark directories now and quick jump between bookmarked folders. You can also create symbolic links now.
 
Additionally you'll get an improved archiving feature that allows creating large archives without a timeout (thanks to Ajax by mootools). 
 
Don't hesitate and download & install joomlaXplorer 1.5.0 now! It's free and restricted to Superadministrators by default.
How to upgrade? Uninstall the old version and install the new version.
