Wolf Creek Idea Group and Tomboy Trades Ltd are proud to announce the launch of TomboyTrades.com The site's completion was accomplished in one week, with collaboration from Wendala Gibson, a freelance graphic artist.
This site demonstrates Tomboy Trades products that are geared towards women in the construction and trades industry. Featuring their pink work boots, hardhats, safety eyewear, t-shirts and tool belts, Tomboy Trades needed this site done in a week after another designer wasn't able to deliver. With Joomla! we've been able to gear the site not only to the promotion of Tomboy Trades products, but they are now able to list women-owned trades businesses that can be found all across Canada and is open to others around the world. |

BattleCity Classic is a free multiplayer online action and strategy game where you play as a tank, building and destroying cities. You can visit the website at http://www.looble.com/bcc/
We were using PHP-Nuke for our website for over a year, but decided to give Joomla a try when we began having problems with the site becoming extremely slow. So far, we are very pleased with Joomla, which makes it so easy to add new content and categorize it. We've also noticed that the built in Joomla SEF has really helped increase our page ranking in search engines!
We highly recommend Joomla to anyone who needs a content management system and of course recomment BattleCity to anyone who needs a free real-time game! :) |

A combination of Slow Food and No Logo and The Idler... The Slow Review is the home of perspectives on the unpromoted life. A quality-content magazine of film, music, books, art & living (and cigars and cognac and tea) with nothing under six months old. Without the hype-marketing guff or deadlines. Slow but sure.
Like the global Slow Movement, cultural criticism and analysis should be slow and measured, indifferent to hurry and media fads, and thereby let its enjoyment be increased. The pace of cultural consumption must slow down if it's to stay meaningful. Slow is more. All reviews and written opinions are welcome at: www.slowreview.com |
